Liquem Games – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Liquem Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, games, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using any part of Liquem Games' Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our rules, or engage in any activity that harms our Services or other users.

3. Virtual Goods

Liquem Games may offer virtual goods such as in-game currency (e.g., Coins), cosmetic items, or unlockable content (collectively, "Virtual Goods").

3.1 Ownership and License

• All Virtual Goods are digital items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items of monetary value.
• You do not own Virtual Goods. Instead, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use them solely within our Services.
• Virtual Goods remain the sole and exclusive property of Liquem Games.

3.2 Purchases and Refunds

• All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Upon completion of a purchase, Virtual Goods are deemed delivered and assigned to your account. By this assignment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to revoke, rescind, or withdraw from the contract or transaction concerning such Virtual Goods.
• Virtual Goods may not be exchanged, traded, sold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to any third party or outside of official Liquem Games platforms. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.3 Modification and Availability

• Liquem Games reserves the right to modify, remove, or discontinue Virtual Goods, their features, or their availability at any time without prior notice or compensation.
• If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you may lose access to all Virtual Goods associated with your account without refund.

4. User Generated Content (UGC)

Our Services may allow you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, or share content, including but not limited to messages, forum posts, chat communications, in-game designs, and other materials ("User Generated Content" or "UGC").

• You are solely responsible for your UGC. You represent and warrant that your UGC does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other personal or proprietary rights.
• By submitting UGC, you grant Liquem Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such UGC in connection with the Services and Liquem Games' business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services in any media formats and through any media channels.
• We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any UGC at our sole discretion, especially if it violates our Code of Conduct.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive and safe environment for all users, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating and Exploits: Using bots, hacks, cheats, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or any other unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage or modify the game experience.
• Harassment and Offensive Behavior: Engaging in harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination (based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.), or any other offensive, obscene, or defamatory conduct towards other users or Liquem Games staff.
• Disruption: Attempting to disrupt, overburden, or aid in the disruption of any computer or server used to offer or support the Services, or to access unauthorized areas of the Services.
• Spamming and Advertising: Sending unsolicited communications, spamming chat channels, or promoting commercial products or services unrelated to Liquem Games.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, including Liquem Games employees, other users, or public figures.
• Illegal Activities: Engaging in or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, copyright infringement, or any activities violating local or international law.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Liquem Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Code of Conduct, without prior notice or refund. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services and content are owned by Liquem Games or our licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Liquem Games is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Liquem Games operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
